Having no coding experience before hand, watching you create the app in class made it seem like an extremely easy process. But when I got home and started messing around with it, it was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Inserting the things onto the Designer wasn’t hard at all. I mean whoever struggled with that I’m sorry, but the blocks was actually a confusing. It’s literally laid out for you perfectly, but when I would try to get my buttons to do their task, it would give me problems. The emulator wasn’t helpful either the sound coming out of the emulator wouldn’t work sometimes and it was just a whole mess. After a couple tries and a couple apk downloads I was finally able to get the app to do what I wanted it to do. I basically followed what you did in class but added a pause button as well since the audio I chose is a bit longer than the audio you used in the example in your class.

This is what the app looks like if you were to download it onto your phone
This is the blocks page, so simple but man doing this was a whole lot harder than I thought it’d be.

It took me like 2 hours to get this app working, so I hope it was all worth it lol. Is it really? Like what did I accomplish here? I guess I could call myself an app developer now, add that to my resume and everything. I’m going to put Skilled with AppInventor on my resume.
